Retail (Furniture, Mattresses, Appliances) which provides an avenue to sell a wide range of our manufactured products providing further value add. Retail allows us to expand our footprint by also generating daily sales to end consumers, create brand awareness of our manufactured products, and also utilize investment property owned by the group.
REAL ESTATE
Real estate and other investments the investment division of our group focuses primarily on Commercial real estate investing based on a model of acquisition at below market pricing remodelling, renovating, expanding, and developing. These include Commercial shopping plazas in Trinidad and Barbados, mixed use office/retail main street buildings and warehousing. This Division of our Group continues to actively seek further investments in real estate and other opportunities that may arise throughout the region
