Advance Foam is the largest foam and mattress producer in the Caribbean Region and the only Mattress factory to produce both Sealy and Serta Mattress in the same plant. We are vertically integrated our facility is 260,000 SQFT located on 12 acres of land at Orange Grove Estate Tacarigua Trinidad, with proposed expansion of an additional 100,000 sqft on a further 6 acres of land. We manufacturer our own Foam (with significant additional Capacity) our own pillows, our own Spring units (4 different kinds) and various other raw material components for mattresses and furniture which include a fully integrated recycling plant of our factory scrap. We Manufacture 4 US Brands under license (Serta, Sealy, Restonic and Therapedic) for the entire Caribbean, Guyana, Suriname, French West Indies, Dutch West Indies. We are the Sealy Licensee for Costa Rica (our Largest growth market) , the Therapedic and Restonic Licensee for Dominican Republic , Puerto Rico USVI Markets which we are only now engaging in. We hold approx. 75% market share in the English speaking Caricom and sell to all retailers, hotels, hospitals, and prison projects. We recently opened our First Mattress retail store in Santo Domingo Dominican Republic.
